Idea #57 - Calculating Emotional Vibrations

"If you wish to understand the Universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration"


This idea discussion was on the tangent of emotional frequency - what it is, and how we can balance and increase our vibration scale.


We all have heard of the phrase 'good vibrations' or 'good vibes' but what does it inherently mean? Vibrations reflect our emotional state of mind, and actively understanding this frequency can help in bettering our life.



Above is the Emotional Frequency Chart. It encompasses the scale of human emotions - some of the slightly negative emotions may produce a lower frequency, leading to bad moods and irritation, whereas happy emotions directly produce a higher frequency, consequently creating higher vibrations.


Although these terms may sound scientific, there is no science that can measure emotional frequency as of now.


The goal here is to gradually move upwards within the chart - and keep making progress. It is a slow and steady process, and if you end up jumping to the top - you may fall down just as hard.


How to Raise Your Frequency:

1. Keep Achievable Expectations

2. Connect with Nature

3. Be around high vibration people

4. Practice Gratitude

5. Indulge in Play and high vibration activities - meditation, yoga, exercise


Whether you believe in Frequencies and Vibrations or not, it is helpful to note that these small steps lead us to become better human beings - which is never a bad thing!
